What's the difference between Glot Live and Glot Pass?

Glot Live is a one-off offer for a single event day, with no commitment. Glot Pass is a package of hours valid for 12 months, usable across as many sessions as you want. The Pass is better value if you run multiple events per year.

How are hours counted in the Glot Pass?

Hours are counted by actual session duration. If your event runs 2 hours, 2 hours are deducted from your balance. You can split your hours across as many events as you like within the 12-month validity period.

Are all languages really included?

Yes. All 40+ supported languages are available in every plan at no extra cost. There is no per-language fee. Attendees choose their preferred language when they join the session.

Do attendees need to download an app?

No. Glot runs entirely in the browser. Attendees scan a QR code with their smartphone and access captions and translation instantly. No download, no account creation, no friction.

Can I use Glot for multi-session or multi-room events?

Yes. Glot Pass hours can be used across simultaneous sessions if needed. For large-scale events with specific requirements, contact us for a custom Enterprise quote.

Is Glot GDPR compliant?

Yes. Glot processes audio in real time and retains zero data. Nothing is stored at the end of a session — no audio files, no transcriptions, no participant data. Compliance is built into the architecture.
